American diplomat and author Dennis Ross joins the Morning Joe round table to talk with Mike Barnicle about his new book “Doomed to Succeed,” which focuses on the shifting relationship between the U.S. and Israel. “You’ve just outlined a region of the world that most everybody knows is one long, continues burning fuse.
