Historian and author Jon Meacham joins Morning Joe and talks with Mike Barnicle about the presidential race and how Republican candidate Donald Trump stacks up against the late President Ronald Reagan. “Reagan concentrated his rhetoric largely on optimism… and it seems to be missing this year among a lot of the candidates.
