And now that we seem to be on the verge, perhaps, of the American Congress not providing funding for Ukraine to go further, at least funding through maybe the end of the year or certainly into next year, which group of European nations—or maybe it’s one nation—steps up to lead the effort to keep Ukraine in the fight?
