“In 2016, this country was attacked by a sworn enemy of the United State: Russia. They subverted our electoral process. They are doing it today as we speak—and I am not one of these guys with a big library in my head of things that were said by public people—but I don’t think the President of the United States has ever specifically addressed what we’re doing to counter this attack that is ongoing right now.
